The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has rescheduled the flag-off of its presidential campaign in Sokoto State from October 31 to November 4, 2026.
The party announced the change in a statement issued by Hon. Bello Aliyu Goronyo, Director-General of the ADC Campaign Council in Sokoto State.
According to the statement, the decision followed the need to address certain planning and coordination issues to ensure the successful conduct of the campaign event.
The campaign council expressed regret over any inconvenience the postponement might cause party leaders, stakeholders, supporters and members of the public.
It also appreciated their understanding, patience and continued support, urging all concerned to take note of the revised date.
The council said it looked forward to welcoming party leaders, supporters and other stakeholders to the presidential campaign flag-off on Wednesday, November 4.
