Ecobank has called on retail and institutional investors across Africa to participate in the Dangote Petroleum Refinery share offer through its digital banking platforms and branches.
The bank said both customers and non-customers in Nigeria could subscribe through its mobile application, internet banking platform, website and branches nationwide.
The offer, which opened on September 14, 2026, will close on October 13, 2026.
In a statement on Tuesday, Ecobank said the shares were priced at N525 each, with a minimum subscription of 10 shares.
The bank said its pan-African network, covering 33 African countries, as well as its international offices, would provide investors with access to the share offer.
Ecobank Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications, Austen Osokpor, said the bank remained committed to connecting its customers and the wider public with investment opportunities that could support wealth creation and encourage broader participation in the capital market.
Osokpor said Ecobank’s digital platforms and extensive branch network had been positioned to provide investors with a convenient and accessible process for subscribing to the offer.
He urged prospective investors to carefully study the offer prospectus and seek professional advice where necessary before making investment decisions.
Ecobank said interested investors could subscribe by visiting any of its branches nationwide or using its available digital banking channels.
